Normawaddah Ramli is the Founder and Managing Partner of Messrs Azmi Mawaddah Rizz & Associates, a leading law firm specializing in Syariah Law since its establishment in 2011. With extensive experience in managing both contentious and non-contentious divorce and family law disputes, Normawaddah is particularly skilled in advising high-net-worth clients on inheritance matters and Hibah disputes. Normawaddah’s academic background has been foundational to her legal expertise. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Syariah & Law from the University of Malaya (2003) and a Diploma in Syariah Law Practice from the International Islamic University Malaysia (2005). In addition, she has completed a Mediation Course with The Accord Group of Australia (2016) and earned her Master’s in Law from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (2022). This strong academic grounding, combined with years of hands-on experience, has allowed her to build a firm known for its meticulous approach to legal practice, from comprehensive document review to expert litigation and trial preparation.

Nor Azmi Mohd Arif is the Co-Founder and Partner of Messrs Azmi Mawaddah Rizz & Associates, a prominent legal firm established in 2011. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Shariah from the University of Malaya (1999) and a Diploma in Shariah Law and Practice from the International Islamic University Malaysia (2000).
With over two decades of experience, Nor Azmi stands out as a distinguished Shariah lawyer, offering tailored legal solutions prioritizing the best interests of his clients. His strong advocacy in court and ability to provide clear, actionable legal advice have earned him a reputation for achieving favorable outcomes in both Shariah family law and criminal Shariah matters. Notably, he has successfully handled high-profile cases, including those involving public figures, earning media attention for his skillful and discreet approach.
In recognition of his legal acumen, he was appointed as a Commissioner for Oaths by the Chief Justice of the Federal Court, effective from March 15, 2024, in accordance with the Commissioner for Oaths Rules 2018.

Being the first Syarie Lawyer who is listed in the Encyclopedia of Successful People in Malaysia in 2022, Sir Mohd Ridhwan Bin Husin (aka Sir Rizz) is a prominent lawyer in oratory and communication skill. Handling more than thousand cases in various field in syariah matters, he is also a law lecturer in Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) and Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM). He is the Assistant Secretary General of Malaysia Syarie Lawyer Association since 2016. He conducts more than hundred events of Syarie Lawyer programmes in every disciplines and his experiences to coach debaters and mooters in various universities.
Attending University Malaya (UM) and gained Bachelor’s Degree in Syariah Law in 2006 and further his study in Master’s Degree in Law in Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 2014. He loves sports, medical law, family law and child law.
